Multipurpose Tack Measuring System DX
The prüfbau Deltack is a testing system for the determination of adhesion- and cohesion-forces of thin and flowable media in a dynamic transfer process. This is for example the offset process, the transfer of thin layers in the electronic industry and processing of foils, the transfer of nano-particles etc.
The completely new developed measuring system allows a tack measurement during the printing process in dependence of all interacting parameters like: Ink formulation (tack, absorption properties), substrate formulation (micro-porosity, topography, absorption properties, smoothness…), printing conditions (speed, temperature, pressure), blanket properties (topography, smoothness, compressibility…).
The results give detailed information of absorption processes during printing. This is a valuable base for product development or -optimization.
