Device<\/h4>\n<p>The <em><strong>pr\u00fcfbau<\/strong><\/em> FG II Precision Folding Device was developed to perform laboratory folds under defined conditions. Substrates up to 750 \u00b5m can be folded. The adjustment of the folding force happens considering the substrate thickness. This means all substrates within the above mentioned thickness range can be folded with constant folding force.<br \/>\nThe pre-folding unit VFG enables a better feeding of the samples into the folding device without damaging the folding zone.<\/p>\n<p>The FG II consists essentially of two rollers, arranged on top of each other. The lower roller is driven by an electric motor which enables the automatic feeding of folding samples.
