The WZ-I instrument enables to test objectively the strength of a glue line for corrugated board packages. Thus it is possible to control in a better way the manufacturing process of corrugated board packages. Equally material and production parameters can be optimized using the WZ-I or income control or claim processing in the field of corrugated board can be carried out.
The samples are pneumatically fixed in a pre-set bending angle. After that the sample will be pulled – also pneumatically. The tensile strength respectively the force progression of the tension process is recorded electronically and displayed by software.
The test run is fast and problem-free and can be integrated easily in a laboratory- or production daily routine.
